Yes, I was 35 and went down with HFMD. I caught it of my nephew who was just over 2 years old. Luckily I didn't have any sores in my mouth or around my face, I just hand really sore hands and feet with nasty blisters and the bottom of my feet wen bright red and then black and remained like that until the skin all peeled off. Since then I have ad really dry feet but surprisingly my brother and sister in law, mother and father, partner no any of my sister in laws family contracted it and they all had close contact at the time. My Docotr had never seen a case so bad in an adult he actually took photos of my hands and feet.

You should tell your parents so they can check it out, if it's bothersome and/or painful have them take you to the doctors. If you are worried about it but don't want to say anything, try calomine lotion. Good luck!

My son is also 6 and the exact same thing is happening. The doctor said if it doesn't go away in a few days to get a blood test to confirm it is actually chicken pox. I'm worried he has had this so long now.

Using wet wipes helps after having a movement as the coolness of the wipe and the moisture also helps rather than the dryness if tissue can often cause irritant

I am suffering with anal fissures and sometimes use a dilute solution of sodium bicarbonate to clean with since it neutralizes the acid from the bowel movement. I follow this with a rinse of water to remove the solution.

i have them right now it lasts 6 days said the doctor to me so 6 days

My 8 year old daughter got this ,much to her embarrassment,I cried for her and like you no doctors would help so we looked up on the net, after two weeks of treatment it has almost healed with no new blisters. She has been taking Imunoglukan to boost her immunity also olive leaf tablets. We have sprayed the effected areas with Active silver spray. It is a MIRACLE!So hard when you read it can last 18 months and even up to 5 years in some cases. Good luck!

Naomi, my son also had them on his inner arm, armpit, abdomen, and buttock. I was really worried as I also had never heard of the before. I read lots of websites and picked up that its the puss inside the papules the makes the blisters spread, so dont pop them (also i'm sure it would hurt) I was really worried it would spread to either his face or genitals. So I started by using the savlon spray first thing in the morning and last thing at night, I also used to put a capfull in the bath.. In the mean time I ordered dermalay from the US. We've been using it for two weeks now and we're down to one papule. I hope everything goes ok and it starts clearing up soon,

Hi, I'm 18 a junior in high school and I've had these lil white blisters on my feet now for about 2 weeks and just stay sleepy all the time. My mom took me to the doc yesterday and the doc said I have hand, feet, mouth virus. I've been sneezing for weeks now. I woke up yesterday morning to go to school n my throat was sore. Last night my throat got even more sore n I developed hot n cold flashes n my body aches all over. I've never heard of this virus before.

im 17 and this is the first i have ever had chickenpox. I was feeling sick since saturday morning, i slept the whole day away. I had a fever, back pains and i felt dizzy and light headed. I really wasnt aware i had chickenpox untilI I woke up on Monday and see my face covered with blisters as i just thought i had a viral infection as viral infections were something i used to get alot as a child. Today is now the fourth day of having chickenpox and im not itchy and i feel better. Calamine lotion and cotton wool helped me stop itchying. im no longer feeling sick and im eating much better.
