Conditions with symptom: 'extra finger or toe'
my child has swollen fingers at the bottom of the nail bed. She also has extra bone or lumps under her knuckles. what could this be?
my son has an extra creasein his thigh and walks with a limp (slightly lop-sided) he has had an x-ray which came back normal. could he have hip dysplasia??
my daughter had a clicky hip when she was born , an she was sent for an ultra sound an they said she was fine . but now she still has one extra crease in one thigh , what does this mean ? should i have her re checked ?
Its only smegma, nothing too serious, just make sure he cleans his penis (the head also), wiping the discharge off with his finger or a cloth, it doesn't matter. Try to get him to do this at least 3 times a week and hopefully there should be a good improvement.
Hi I'm a mom of an 8 yr old boy. Of course you must wash his private parts, he's to small to do it alone! Who will eliminate the extra soap for him? If you feel akward, try to teach him to do it on his own, not before he's 5 or 6 anyways, little boys aren't great washers!
It would be good to. The quicker he/she gets checked, the quicker they'll be able to get extra support if they do have it. It can help a lot, my brother being an example
Boys are easily attracted to fiddling with their "groin" area and I would encourage anything to divert attention away from such areas. Effective washing is of course essential. Think to yourself - what would I do if he hurt his finger and adopt a similar solution for his penis! Agreed keep an eye but don't fuss.
Hello, my daughter has had many many verruca's for quite a while now, we have tried Bazuka extra strength for months, and not much has happened and she is getting extremly self concious and is getting more upset by the day she wants to give up the Bazuka and go and see a doctor, what should we do? Please please help!
If she wants to give it up and go see a doctor, take her to see a doctor. It's what she wants and is professional help?
My newborn baby boy has an extra thumb. Upon reading info on to it suggests that its linked to several syndromes non of which I have a clue about. So my question is what are these syndromes and how could they effect my son
Hi my 2 year old has had a wart on her finger for over a year now. Initially she picked it and apart from bleeding a lot it appeared to go away, unfortunately it has now returned. She won't allow me to touch it so the duct tape option is looking unlikely as I can see her letting me pumice stone it even if I can get her to let me duct tape it. What are my other options bearing mind she is nearly 3?
