Hi,my 7 year old son is finding it very hard to remember tasks given to him at school and remember conversations from 5 mins ago tho he can visualise places we visited years ago on holiday and directions to places he's only been to once or twice. He sleeps well, has done from 10 weeks old, gets frustrated at Lego falling apart and is over sensitive. He is an only child and i'm a single mum.He is well behaved, polite and cares for others. He's of average intelligence. He does have a jerky arm movement when he's excited and has done from being a baby. Not sure he has ADHD,maybe more ADD but just need help before getting doctors involved.Thanks.
i am 16, nearlly 17, and i think i have a squint, is there anything i could do to make my eyes more straighter?
ive heard that if you focus on an object and keep focusing on objects the eye will get stronger

My 12yr old daughter still wets the bed occasionally. She has been diagnosed with an under developed bladder. The problem is when she does wet the bed, the odor is soooo strong it bring tears to my eyes.
You Could wake her up in the middle of the night and spray air freshener, wake her up so she can go to the toilet, then in the morning open the window strip the beds and spray airfreshner again!!!! i did that with my daughter!!! hope my advice helps!!! :)
my son wets the bed and the reason why the urine smells sooo strong is because she is dehydrated!! water is the key and alot of it through the day. at least 1200 mls
my 13yr old daughter might have them i am not quite sure she has constantly been eating a lot of food, she said that she has a itch bum hole, she has very sore and burning eyes, she looks pail and very white in the face and she is constantly feeling sick.
The best thing to do is have a look at her bottom at night when it feels itchy. You can see the little pests wriggling about. We have an ongoing problem with our 4 year old.
is the itching worse at night? I noticed my 12 year old daughter was itching back there throughout the day and night. I checked her bottom one afternoon because she was in distress but found nothing. Googled her symptoms when she woke up one night with it being particularly itchy and found out that if the itching is worse at night it's probably worms. Checked bottom again before she went to sleep and saw loads of them crawling out, she had a pretty bad infestation. Took her to the doctor the next day and confirmed it as threadworms. Hope this helps.
A dust allergy seems likely, I have this and whenever I go somewhere dusty I get itchy eyes and violent sneezing fits. Try and hoover often, dust regularly, remove any mould and just generally try and keep things clean.
my son is nearly 7 months and seems to only tolerate powder foods that you mix with water. if i try to introduce yoghurt or mash or anything like that he becomes constipated, he is having two breastfeeds a day with 3 powdered foods. he also comes out in a rash on his face, sometimes its only a bit other times its all round his eyes and is red and blotchy but not raised, this is when he has fruit, and usually disappears after half an hour and doesnt seem to cause him discomfort. surely this is not normal?
My daughter is nearly 2..she is experiencing 'episode' of crying and falling to fall. She is unable to pick herself up and an adult who is with her has to aid her in doing this. She goes lithargic for couple of minutes and holds either of her eyes. This happens only every few months but when it does occur she can have upto 15 'episodes' within the space of a few hours. This cango on for 2 days and then shewill be for a few months and no symptoms persist. Other than this my daughter is fit and healthy...please help!!!
My son just turned 4 we have been under the hospital for about a year now and hes had eeg's and mri scans and still found no brain problems but he has been diagnosed with focal epilepsy due t the electricity being produced further in the brain, When he has a seizure his eyes roll leg and arm stiffen and he's a bit twitchy sometimes he can do 10 in a day then nothing for a few weeks. He is now taking a anti seizure drug called Carbamazephine and they are at bay so go back and pester your gp for cosultant referal! My son is also very fit and healthy in every other way. Good luck x
wow, this sounds very very similar to what my 8 year old is going through. Your Daughter is the first person I've found to have the same symptoms. She starts by having eye pain and this is a warning that she is going into an episode. She curls up in a ball and then after a couple of minutes she feels dizzy and her whole body goes completly floppy. The first episode lasted 3 days and wasn't as severe but now the episodes last between an hour and 24 hours and they are getting worse and worse. She cannot open her eyes when in an episode. Her CT scan was normal and we are waiting for MRI results. When she's not in an episode she is a normal happy child. It sounds very similar so maybe we can swap info if and when we get any?
