However she hasn't lost weight, but her appetite isn't great and she loves sweet things. Can someone help? I came across this and now I'm worried that she is diabetic. Broccoli is a great source of iron, so make sure to feed ger lots of it, use a bigger plate so the portion looks smaller so then she will eat it all, i would suggest working out her BMI online because 'you was just working out yours' and see what hers is too....good luck!

at the beginning of each cold, he will go through 1 maybe 2 nights where he really struggles to breath! one time we had to call the ambulance out, because he was that bad, it turned out to be an ear infection, but the said if we had left it any longer he would have started to fit....... its just really unfair for him, as he is never without a cold, and we dont no what to do! we were told it could be an allergy to something. but no, he has not suffered with broncilitus.

if its from your front parts its really nothing to worry about. sounds like its vaginal discharge, every woman/girl gets it. usually starts at onset of puberty it is the vaginas natural way of getting rid of dirt and irritants. you should really only be worried if the colour changes and/or starts to smell really quite bad. its supposed to smell a bit, remember where its coming from!:) Hope this helps. if you are still worried ask a relative perhaps your mum, aunt, (older)sister? remember they will all have had it at some point. its only natural! if its smelling really quite strongly and noticeably then i would ask someone(remember it could just be your own increased awareness!)

My 11 year old son has been suffering from stomach pain for the last few days but only told me last night. He said that it has him short for breath and the pain is quite sharp. He has woke this morning saying he feels sick and his tummy is still tender. I pressed on his tummy and it feels quite hard but he has been going to the toilet as normal. Can anyone offer any advice?

Hello, i have just read your post and thought i would write back, i have 2 children aged 4 and 6 and my youngest has always been a bit 'difficult'. when he was 2 - 3 he used to wipe poo everywhere and tipping his bottle of milk on my Tv, carpet and toys beginning to make my house stink.. He is behind with his language and a few more things too. Also he is a little escape artist and when he runs he runs!!! i know how hard you must find it because i know how frustrating it is when you are only trying to look after them.. I just wanted to give you a little bit of hope and just say that even though my boy still does a runner if u take ur eyes off him for a second the spreading and tipping have seemed to have faised out now he has turned 4 and my house is finally smelling normal. We have been fighting for funding for 121 at nursery and also getting the help ready for school in september, i know all children are different but my son is due to have a assessment for Autisum in a few weeks. i hope you and your family can work through this, take care

Hi Michelle. No - give him a good scrub in the bath especially under the armpits.

My toddler of 18months has strong smelling urine, like antiseptic solution or aniseed etc. She drinks well and eats healthily. Her night time nappy is particularly smelly.

Are you using SR toothpaste. If so stop and use another brand. I had this condition at your age until I changed toothpaste so this may work for you. Ulsers are horrible. Avoid crisps and sweet drinks.

Do these worms make you smell weird or have bad breath?

My 4 year old son has Continence problems along with several other issues. He sees a Consultant & takes Lactulose. My question is for those of you with experience of using Lactulose..Have you found it can cause offensive smelling faeces? Not Diarrhea as such but very smelly? My son has had several bouts of this recently & its hard to distinguish if he has picked up some kind of bug or if its a reaction to the meds.

She could have a bacterial infection. Chronic bad breath can be caused by the precence of excess bacteria. I would get this checked out I'm immediately since it sounds like this has been on going for quite awhile.

Hi, my daughter is 3 and was diagnosed with cystitis. The bad odour and discomfort cleared up while she was taking the antibiotics but a few days later she has really really strong fishy smelling urine but no other symptoms. Does this sound like the infection hasnt cleared or could it be something else? I do make a conscious effort to get her to drink water but her favourite drink is milk so she does drink a lot of it. Could this have anything to do with the smell? Thank you

My 3 year old daughter has very large tonsils and snores really loudly. She seems to be almost gasping for breath at night and is very restless. The doctor says she will grow out of this, but i am still worried. I am not sure if i should be asking for a second opinion.

It is constent coughing wezzeness in ur chest and feeling really tyed tight chest and strugleing to breath after exersise no it is not a sigh for asthma i will no because i have it

My son is 4 and had soiling problems for well over a year, I got advise from the Health Visitor and she suggested praise and reward charts, do not punish for accidents. It took a few weeks and a lot of persistence, she also gave us a copy of a book called "Ollie helps poo go home". I read it to him twice and he used the toilet the very next morning! If kid gets say five stickers in a row they should get a small prize, a sweet or magazine or something not too expensive and continue with it for maybe a month or two, but I seen a definite improvement after 2 weeks.
