Most boys at that age have never pulled the foreskin back, so it can be a bit sore or stinging. Dont worry!

I'm 13 and the gum behind my back bottom tooth (both sides) is swollen, and around the tooth there are parts where I can pull the gum away, it hurts when I eat and I'm scared its gum disease?

I'm 17 and I can pull my foreskin to just bellow the head, however it is very tight and can sometimes be difficult to pull above the head again. This can cause the glands to become very sore after masterbation or sex. Could this be the reason for my premature ejaculation and what can I do .

Hi Ollie. It will be easier to pull forward when completely flaccid. Just tug at it and you'll get there. Keep up the stretching exercises and it will loosen up and move more freely in a while. Premature ejaculation in your case is probably down to lack of experience. Be patient, learn how to operate your penis fully yourself, then consider sex and not a minute before. Hope this helps.

I'm 14 and my foreskin pulls back but it gets very tight round the glands and is hard to get back but I can get it back normaly also when erect it dosent pull back what can I do to make it loose?

my daughter of 5 was the same she had ultra sound and her belly is full of swollen glands.. still dont no why

Hi I have a tight foreskin when erect and normal when it sits normally the skiing at the top piles up to creat a little red pile of loose skin. And when erect my foreskin doesn't pull back very far at all- all you can see in the top of my glands! And in between my glands is quite swollen and red! I masturbate in the shower to try and stretch it but it doesn't pull back! I also have strange white spot things the hole way down the back of my penis. I don't know what they are either. I'm 14. Can I still have kids when I'm older?!

Slow down Tom! I understand and it all sounds fairly normal to me. Make sure you can pull your foreskin forward again. Stretching the foreskin will help but try it in a warm bath rather than a shower as this softens this skin. In time the pile of skin may begin to move back more freely like you expect it to and the tightness get less. Your glans will be red and swollen as this is the power of your erection!! Finally, there are many factors involved in having children - the operation of your penis is just one of them. Be patient and don't worry.

im now concerned i have been told i have a glandular fever and all my glands have swollen and some days i find it hard to swallow and my throat feels all dry and itchy and its been hurting for about a year so have i got a severe condition of it or something different

Hi ,my son went through exactly the same. They gave him penicillin and the had and allergic reaction to it!My friend said she used corlum pellets and they really help! Good luck, hope she gets better soon.

My daughter has exactly the same thing. She also had fever and was in so much pain. Antibiotics were not working. After numerous visits to the doctors ,blood tests and mouth swabs it was confirmed she had a nasty virus called gingivostomatitis. It was a 10 day contagious virus. Only contagious through saliva. So if you share cups, kiss etc. perhaps this is what your child had. Might be Worthing reading up about it cause doctors said once they have this they are then very prone to getting cold sores and mouth ulcers from here on. This all happened back in January 2014 and now (March 2014) we have had her on medication for more ulcers but they have cleared up quickly.

Im turning 15 and i can pull my foreskin back to reveal the glands but not over the glands. Im not fully developed. Will this pass over or do i need help? Thanks

I have had this problem as well. The foreskin is too tight to allow it to pull back over the glans. Mine is odd because the entire foreskin is reasonably loose except this ring near the end which is far too tight. I saw a doctor, he just said, stretch it with your fingers and give it time.

My son has been on movicol for over a yr and his belly is swollen. My doctor suggested limiting his portions, which I did. My son eats very heartily and doesn't take any dairy products either. I asked could my son be refered to a specialist and was told no, his doctor said I am obsessed wiv his belly being swollen m I said I was concerned. What can I do to make him listen? I hav been festering him for ages and I an getting angry now

I'm 43 and my foreskin has recently become tight over the glands during sex, it's fine when flaccid and I have never had any problems in the past. Any suggestions. Thanks

Hi Brad. Well I don't think the two issues are related!! If the pain is that bad you may have broken a rib so just take it easy and it should heal itself in a week or so. You need to exercise your foreskin when taking a warm bath and gently ease it back. Perservere and you'll get there...no pain - no gain! Wait for your ribs to heal first

Hi the saliva duct Transfer is this were they revers some of the saliva glands so the dribble goes down the back of the throat, as this has been offered to us as our next/last resort with our Daughter but were not sure what to do?

Hi. My five year old daughter dribbles excessivly. She has been referred to a Specialist who has diagnosed her with over active Saliva Glands. She has been put on medication to try to stop the excessive saliva.

Hi michelle my daughter was on patches behind her ears and they didn't work that great. My daughter dribbled alot I had to chance her tops four to five times a day and sometime had to put a bib on her. My daughter had her operation over a year ago and it was the best thing I ever did for my daughter. I have seen a massive improvement in her and on her confidence, yes it's an operation that can take upto two weeks recovery at the end of it all what a huge improvement ther operation made, I don't need to change tops all the time or put bibs on my daughter anymore. I must say this my daughters lips can be dry at times but vasiline helps to keep her lips moist. If you do decide to go for the operation I wish you all the best for you and your daughter and I'm sure she will feel much more confident within herself as she gets older. I don't have any regrets at all but as I said it can take upto two weeks for full recovery but it's so worth it kind regards and best of luck.

Hi michelle I hope I have answered your question please let me know how you get on the operation was my last resort and glad I made the right choice

Hi,just wondering, when I'm floppy my foreskin goes all the way back, but when I'm erect it only just goes past the glands and rolls up underneath and feels tight and does it quite slowly,I know it's encouraged to stretch it in the shower both flaccid and erect, but is it also a case of puberty? Because I read one comment saying that your foreskin detaches from the penis head, and this hasn't happened for me yet and I'm 15 :/ Thanks

Hi George. All sounds good to me. If you can pull your foreskin back when floppy then it HAS detached from the penis head. When you are erect it will have to stretch more when you pull it back and sort of piles up because your penis is bigger. Just keep up the stretching at every opportunity and always when taking a bath or shower. Eventually it will become less tight and far easier to pull back and forward. Take care and go for it. Hope this helps.

My daughter has recurring conjuntivitus, swollen sore watery eyes. She's been seen in an emergency eye clinic. The said her eyes are healthy, and they think the eye area goes bad due to a type of eczema, because she also has dandruff , and eczema on her ears. She is 9years old and suffers from eczema, allergies, hay fever and mild peanut allergy. Please can you give advise, this has been going on for over a year and we are concerned as parents.

might not be pinworms - sounds like piles, when you get a little constipated you can damage yourself on the inside which swells with blood and can feel like a stabbing pain. the moving sensation can be the swollen lump moving around inside (it tickles and hurts, a lot)- a bit like varicose veins in your anus. A doctor can prescribe pile creams or you can buy stuff over the counter but you do need to speak to the GP to make sure. Hope this helps!
